Yes, there is a set-up cost for printing tools and plates to be made up and artwork design if you don’t have one already. These are one-off costs at the beginning of the process unless there will be further changes to the artwork or design later on.

Yes. Print N Packaging will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange excluding any cost related to the shipping and handling.

Custom Made Packaging or made to order packaging products.
This policy only applies to our standard stock, custom made and custom print packaging products are non-returnable or exchangeable unless the issue resulted from our error. If that happens, Print N Packaging will cover the cost for the returning and delivery of the replacement products. Find out more on our terms and conditions page.
